Our desire for our Children’s Ministry (K-6th grades) is for all children encounter Jesus Christ the Gospel, are encouraged in their spiritual growth, equipped for lifelong service, and engage in the church and the community. We do this by partnering with and equipping families to share Jesus with their children at home (Deut. 6:6-9). We love seeing children coming to know Jesus and the love that God has for them. We have activities throughout the week and year to help your child grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ.
On Sunday mornings during the 8:45 hour we have Sunday School classes for each grade. You will find the Kindergarten class on the 2nd floor and 1st-6th grade rooms on the 3rd. This is a great time for children to make friends and learn about Jesus as they are taught by adults whose desire is to love, nurture, and train children for the Kingdom of God.
Children’s Church is available for Kindergartners each Sunday during the 10:00a worship service. This worship time is designed just for them and meets in Room 249.
Junior Church (1st-6th grades) is the 2nd Sunday of each month in the chapel on the 1st floor. The next Junior Church is January 11th.
At 5p, we have Bible Drill and Bible Buddies on the 3rd floor. This is a energetic time devoted to helping children learn the Bible and memorize it. At 6p, we have games that teach and devotion time for 1st-6th graders in the Family Life Center.
Each Wednesday at 5p we offer several Children’s choirs on the 3rd floor. It is a joy to see children singing about God and their savior, Jesus Christ.
At 6:30p, children go to RA’s (boys) and GA’s (girls) where they learn about missions and the Bible. RA’s and GA’s are both located on the 3rd floor.
